Booking Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to booking appointments, amending appointments, cancellations, refunds, and other relevant booking procedures at [Your Optometric Practice Name] (hereinafter referred to as “the Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by this policy. 

1. Booking Appointments:

  • Required Information: When booking, please provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Confirmation: We will confirm your appointment via e-mail. It is your responsibility to ensure you receive the confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us. 

2. Amending Appointments: 

  • Notification Period: Requests to amend appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 
  • Methods of Amendment: Amendments can be made by:

  • Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate your requested changes, subject to availability. 
  • Late Amendments: Amendments made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of €50. This fee will be at the discretion of the Practice and will be communicated to you. 

3. Cancellations: 

  • Notification Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 
  • Methods of Cancellation: Cancellations can be made by:

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) may result in a fee of €50. This fee will be at the discretion of the Practice and will be communicated to you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. 

4. Fees: 

  • Late Amendment/Cancellation/No-Show Fees: Any applicable fees for late amendments, cancellations, or no-shows will be clearly communicated to you. 
  • Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfer or dutch paycard (pinkaart). 

5. Changes to this Policy: 

We reserve the right to modify this booking policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
